18 IPS officers including 10 SPs transferred in Bihar

Patna, June 14 (UNI) In a major reshuffle in police administration, Bihar
government on Saturday transferred 18 IPS officers including ten SP rank officials in the state.
According to a notification issued by Home department of Bihar Government, Senior Superintendent of Police(SSP) Awkash Kumar has been made Commandant of Bihar Special Armed Police-1 while Superintendent of Police(SP) of Purnea Kartikey K Sharma has been shifted to Patna as SSP. City SP of Patna Sweety Sehrawat has been sent to Purnea as Additional Superintendent of Police (ASP).
Similarly SP of CID Chandrashekhar Prasad Vidyarthi has been made SP (law and order) of Patna. SP of Samastipur Ashok Mishra has been sent to Special Branch in the same capacity while SP of Supaul Shaishaw Yadav has been made Assistant Inspector General(AIG) Modernisation. Rural SP of Muzaffarpur Vidyasagar has been sent to ERRSS in the same capacity.SP(G) of Special Branch Vineet Kumar has been made SP of Jehanabad.
Commandant of Bihar Special Armed Police-1, Patna Pramod Kumar has been made SP(D) of CID while City SP of Muzaffarpur Vishwajit Dayal has been sent to Jamui as Additional Superintendent of Police (ASP)
of Jamui. ASP of Jehanabad Arvind Pratap Singh has been made ASP of Samastipur. ASP of Jamui Madan Kumar Anand has been made SP of Bihar Police Subordinate Service Commission while City SP of Patna (East) K Ramdas has been made ASP cum Assistant Director of Bihar Police Academy.
City SP of Patna(West) Sarath R S has been sent to Supaul in the same capacity. Sub Divisional Police Officer
(SDPO) of Danapur Bhanu Pratap Singh has been made SP of Patna(West). SDPO of Ara Parichay Kumar has been made City SP of Patna (East). SDPO of
Dehri Kota Kiran Kumar has been sent to Muzaffarpur as City SP. SDPO of Patna Town has been made City SP of Patna(Central).
