AP:Glowing tributes paid to memory of late IAS officer SR Sankaran

Kakinada, Oct 22(UNI) Glowing tributes were paid to the memory of late IAS officer SR Sankaran ( sirigattur Ramanathan sankaran )by several speakers at a function held at the Collectorate here on Tuesday to mark his 90th birth anniversary.
District Collector Shanmohan described the late Sankaran as a great humanitarian with noble qualities.
He said late Sankaran strived hard for the development of social, and financial backward classes and other downtrodden.
