Army to hold Agniveer recruitment rally in Ambala from October 15 to 27

Panchkula, Oct 11 (UNI) The Indian Army will conduct the second phase of its Agniveer recruitment process for male candidates at Kharga Sports Stadium in Ambala Cantonment from October 15 to 27, 2026, an Army spokesperson said on Sunday.
The recruitment exercise will include physical fitness tests and medical examinations for candidates shortlisted through the first stage of the selection process, the computer-based online Common Entrance Examination (CEE).
According to the Army, eligible candidates from six Haryana districts—Ambala, Kaithal, Kurukshetra, Karnal, Yamunanagar and Panchkula—along with the union Territory of Chandigarh, will participate in the recruitment rally.
The Army spokesperson said admit cards for shortlisted candidates would be released shortly. Applicants have been advised to regularly visit the official recruitment website at www.joinindianarmy.nic.in and log in with their registered credentials to check for updates.
Candidates have been instructed to carefully read and follow all directions mentioned on their admit cards once issued.
The spokesperson said candidates facing difficulties in downloading their admit cards could contact their respective Army Recruiting Office between 10 am and 2 pm for assistance.
The Army advised all shortlisted candidates to regularly monitor the official recruitment portal and follow the prescribed instructions to avoid inconvenience during the recruitment process.
