CCL communication department gets Strategic Communication Leadership Award

Ranchi, Oct 3 (UNI) The Corporate Communications and Public Relations Department of Central Coalfields Ltd (CCL) has received the ‘Strategic Communication Leadership Award’ at the ET Business Excellence & Leadership Summit 2026 in New Delhi.
The award was presented at the summit to CCL General Manager and Head (CC&PR) Alok Kumar Gupta and Manager (CD) Mayank Kashyap, who received it on behalf of the company.
According to CCL, the award recognised the department’s initiatives in communication, including innovation, creative campaigns, new ideas and efforts to create platforms for public relations professionals.
The company said its communication initiatives in recent years have included the redesign and implementation of the CCL logo and tagline, wall mural paintings depicting the contribution of coal miners, ‘Kabad Se Kanchan’, ‘War Against Wastage’, the National PR Conclave and customised postal stamps dedicated to CCL employees.
CCL also said its news coverage across print, digital and electronic media had increased in recent years and that its media relations had gained a new dimension.
The award was presented by actor Rajeev Khandelwal at the event.

Rs 167 90 crore DoNER gap funding for Sikkim government medical college
