Chief Electoral Office in Kerala establishes Centralized Call Center

Thiruvananthapuram, May 20 (UNI) The office of the Chief Electoral Officer of Kerala, in collaboration with the Kerala IT Mission, has established a Centralized Call Centre (1950) to address queries and complaints related to the election process promptly and efficiently.
This initiative aims to facilitate transparent, inclusive, and technology-enabled elections.
Citizens can seek assistance through the Call Centre for voter registration, corrections to voter ID cards, polling booth information, and other election-related inquiries.
Chief Electoral Officer Dr. Ratan U Kelkar has said that from June 1, 2025, officials from the Election Department will visit the Call Centre daily to directly monitor its operations.
