First glimpse of 'Bhojpuri Bawal' released, to premiere from August 2

Mumbai, Jul 13 (UNI) The makers of "Bhojpuri Bawaal" have unveiled the first promo of the upcoming reality series, featuring Bhojpuri cinema heavyweights Pawan Singh, Dinesh Lal Yadav, Amrapali Dubey, Kajal Raghwani and Tej Pratap Yadav.
In the released promo, all the actors are seen talking at a dinner table. It starts with a light discussion, but within a short time the conversation turns into debate and bickering. During this, the actors are seen openly discussing the rumours, controversies and people's perceptions spread about them. At the end of the promo, Nirahua says, "This Bhojpuri Bawal... will go above Bigg Boss."
According to the makers, the series will not be based on tasks and eliminations like traditional reality shows, but will closely explore the personal lives, families, relationships, friendships, competition and pressures of stardom of leading stars of the Bhojpuri film industry.
Pawan Singh said that over the years, people have heard many stories about him, some true and many fabricated. He said that this show will give viewers an opportunity to discover his true identity.
Dinesh Lal Yadav "Nirahua" said the show's greatest strengths are its spontaneity and authenticity. He added that all the actors express themselves openly, which is what makes it unique.
Amrapali Dubey said that the audience has been watching her on screen for years, but the world behind the camera is different and this show will introduce them to that world.
Kajal Raghwani said that the show is not based on artificial drama, but on real relationships, conversations and personalities.
"Bhojpuri Bawal" will stream from August 2 exclusively on JioHotstar and Colors.
