Flyadeal expands Lucknow’s international connectivity with direct flights to Jeddah and Medina

Lucknow, Nov 4 (UNI) Chaudhary Charan Singh International Airport (CCSIA), Lucknow, managed by Adani Airport Holdings Limited, has achieved another significant milestone in strengthening its international connectivity.
Officials, on Wednesday, said Saudi Arabian airline flyadeal, the low-cost subsidiary of Saudia, is expanding its operations from Lucknow with the introduction of direct flights between Lucknow and Medina this week, while its Jeddah–Lucknow–Jeddah service commences today.
The introduction of these services will further strengthen direct air connectivity between Lucknow and the Gulf region, enhancing connectivity between Uttar Pradesh and Saudi Arabia.
The new flight services will provide improved travel options for business and leisure travellers, Indian expatriates residing in Saudi Arabia, passengers visiting family and friends, and pilgrims undertaking religious journeys.
The direct connectivity is also expected to encourage tourism, trade and cultural exchange between India and Saudi Arabia.
Lucknow Airport already offers direct international connectivity to Jeddah and Dammam. With the addition of Medina, passengers from Uttar Pradesh and neighbouring regions will now have direct air connectivity to three major cities in Saudi Arabia. This expansion will further strengthen Lucknow Airport’s growing international network and reinforce its position as an important aviation gateway for North India.
With Medina joining its international destination network, Lucknow Airport continues to expand its global reach and provide enhanced connectivity options to passengers across Uttar Pradesh and neighbouring regions.
The new services will further strengthen air links between North India and Saudi Arabia, supporting growing passenger demand and facilitating stronger people-to-people, business and cultural connections.
