From funeral to Pind Daan, Aman Kabir performed the Tarpan (offerings) for 52 deceased

Varanasi, Oct 8 (UNI) In these changing times, when people struggle to find time for their loved ones, Kashi-based social worker Aman Kabir fulfilled his duty for those who had no one in this world.
On Wednesday, at Panchganga Ghat, Aman Kabir performed the Tarpan and Pind Daan for 52 known and unknown, abandoned, orphaned, and accidental victims whose last rites he had performed.
Aman Kabir explained that he personally performed the last rites for these 52 people. He himself lit the funeral pyre. With the wish for their salvation, the Tarpan and Pind Daan were performed with due rituals during Pitru Paksha.
He stated that the Aman Kabir Seva Trust (Aman Kabir Seva Trust) becomes a companion for such people on their final journey, and the rituals normally performed by family members are performed by the Trust.
This religious ritual was performed by the Trust for the last rites of known and unknown, unclaimed, orphaned, and accident victims. Pandit Ved Ashish Maharaj performed the Shraddha rituals according to Hindu tradition.
Aman Kabir explained that upon receiving information about a death in a road accident or the death of an unclaimed patient during hospital treatment, he and his colleagues arrive at the scene. First, efforts are made to identify the deceased and locate their family members.
In cases where the body is not identified or is abandoned despite the presence of family members, the last rites are performed after completing the legal procedures.
He explained that after completing the legal formalities, the Trust team cremates such bodies at Manikarnika Ghat or Harishchandra Ghat in Kashi, according to Hindu customs.
