GMMCO Strengthens regional presence in TN, opens new customer-focussed facility in Salem

Chennai, Oct 10 (UNI) GMMCO, a leading solutions provider for the infrastructure, mining and energy sectors, has strengthened its presence in Tamil Nadu, with the inauguration of its new office facility in Salem district.
The new facility is designed to strengthen its commitment to being closer to customers and supporting their evolving business needs.
The new facility has been established as part of GMMCO’s continued efforts to strengthen its regional presence and enhance customer access to equipment, parts and support. Strategically located to serve Salem and surrounding markets, the facility is expected to improve parts availability, enable faster response times and provide more efficient support to customers across the region, a company statement said here today.
The facility features a dedicated parts warehouse and machine yard, providing improved access to critical parts and equipment. The machine yard will also enable customers to view and explore equipment suited to their specific applications, while creating greater opportunities for customer engagement.
By bringing together equipment, parts and customer support capabilities under one facility, GMMCO aims to provide a more integrated customer experience across the equipment lifecycle. The enhanced infrastructure will further strengthen the company’s ability to support customers across key sectors including construction, infrastructure, mining and allied industries.
