HAM(S) contributes Rs 11 lakh to Bihar CM Relief Fund

Patna, Sep 20 (UNI) The Hindustani Awam Morcha (Secular) (HAM-S) on Sunday contributed Rs 11 lakh to the Chief Minister's Relief Fund for providing assistance to families affected by floods in Bihar.
A delegation of the party, led by its national president and Minor Water Resources Minister Santosh Kumar Suman, met Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary at Lok Sevak Awas and handed over a cheque along with a letter regarding the contribution.
All MPs, MLAs and Legislative Council members of the HAM(S) have also contributed one month''s salary each to the Chief Minister's Relief Fund.
Choudhary expressed his gratitude to the party for its contribution and said the amount would be utilised to assist people in need during disasters and other difficult circumstances in the state.
