Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini will present the awards, Sports and Youth Affairs Minister of State Gaurav Gautam announced on Saturday.

The government also credited Haryana's para-athletes for winning 32 medals at the Asian Para Games, comprising nine gold, nine silver and 14 bronze medals.
Gautam said the ceremony would recognise both medal winners and other eligible participants, while government employment-related benefits would be extended to qualifying athletes under the state's sports policy.
He said substantial cash incentives, modern training infrastructure and employment opportunities were intended to encourage younger athletes to pursue competitive sports.
The minister described Haryana's sports policy as a major contributor to the state's performances at national and international sporting events. He added that the government would continue supporting athletes competing in major international competitions, including the Olympics, Commonwealth Games, Asian Games and world championships.
The government has linked its sports development initiatives with the Centre's Khelo India programme, which focuses on identifying sporting talent and improving training facilities across the country.
The October 30 ceremony will bring together athletes, coaches, sports administrators and government representatives.
