Hyd: Ramoji Film City to host 39-day festive carnival from Dussehra to Diwali

Hyderabad, Oct 6 (UNI): Ramoji Film City will organise a 39-day festive carnival from October 8 to November 15 as part of its Dussehra and Diwali celebrations, bringing together cinema, entertainment, carnival activities and illuminated attractions.
The celebrations will be held from 9 am to 9 pm and feature the Film City's signature attractions, including Motion Capture, Mayalok and its iconic film sets, a release said on Tuesday.
The festive line-up will include a Musical Glow Garden, Carnival Parade, Japanese dance, Rajasthani street magic, acrobatics at Sahas Adventure Park and special illumination across the Film City.
Visitors can also experience live comedy sequence demonstrations by Movie Magic, character interactions, cinematic photo opportunities, folk and live entertainment, street performances, flash mobs and interactive carnival activities.
Special photo attractions include an AI Photo Booth, Vanity Van and Butterfly Photo experience by DiGI, the organisers said.
Ramoji Film City Director Sohana Cherukuri said the festive celebrations were designed to bring families and friends together through cinema, festivities, music, food and shared experiences.
The carnival offers activities for visitors across age groups, including interactive entertainment and photo opportunities for children and teenagers, family-oriented experiences and attractions showcasing the spectacle of Indian cinema.
The festive experience also extends to accommodation, 10 thematic restaurants, Sahas Adventure Park and Sukhibhava Ayurvedic Centres, allowing visitors to combine entertainment with a holiday experience.
Ramoji Film City, a cinematic tourism and entertainment destination in Hyderabad, brings together film sets, live shows, thematic attractions, adventure experiences, gardens, hospitality and entertainment.
The 39-day festive celebrations will run till November 15, with the programme extending from daytime cinematic and carnival attractions to illuminated experiences and entertainment in the evening.
