Kiara gave us what we were looking for in poolside shoot for 'War 2': Stylist Anita Shroff Adajania

Mumbai, May 22 (UNI) Celebrated fashion stylist Anaita Shroff Adajania said that Kiara Advani underwent significant preparation to embody her striking swimsuit look in the action film 'War 2'.
The teaser for 'War 2', produced under the banner of Yash Raj Films, created a storm on the internet upon release.
While on one hand Hrithik Roshan and Junior NTR were winning the hearts of the fans with their formidable action avatar, Kiara's brief yet arresting appearance, striding poolside in a vibrant neon lime green bikini in the teaser went viral across digital platforms.
Fashion stylist Anaita Shroff Adajania has designed this look of Kiara in 'War 2'.
“This was my first time styling Kiara for a film, and the brief was hot. I’ve styled swimsuits for many films before, and I’ve always approached them with a more casual mindset. To me, the real vibe I wanted for her was how we are as women on a beach—happy, relaxed, totally ourselves in a bikini, without overthinking how small or big it is. That kind of ease is beautiful.”
She further shared, “Even while we were shooting the scene, I kept telling her to just own it—to be in her own space, doing her own thing".
"For Kiara, I wanted to go with an unusual colour—something unexpected. It’s a shade that’s hard to pin down… not quite green, not quite yellow. It sits somewhere in between—a tantalizing, almost indescribable mix that immediately draws you in,” the fashion stylist shared.
She added, “Though simple in cut, the bikini has a twist: bikini charms, a cluster of decorative elements hanging at the centre, adding a touch of mystery and fun. The metallic sheen added to the swimsuit brings unapologetic glamour reminiscent of the disco era, while still feeling fresh, sharp, and unmistakably Gen Z.” The stylist has most recently worked with Kiara Advani with her Met Gala 2025 look.
Anaita says it is Kiara who makes the bikini look so hot.
She says, “Kiara really put in the work to give us exactly the look we were going for. I wanted her to feel so at ease that she didn’t have to think about which way she was turning or what she was doing—just totally free in her body. And wow, did she deliver! That incredible body? All her. I just had the absolute pleasure of showing it off.”
It is worth noting that 'War 2' is the sixth film in Yash Raj Films Spy Universe, the film will be released worldwide on August 14, 2025 in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu. Helmed by Ayan Mukerji and bankrolled by Aditya Chopra.
