Life term to caretaker for murdering the old couple in Bihar

Patna, Apr 9 (UNI) Additional District and Sessions Judge, Patna, Dadhich Narayan Bhardwaj awarded life imprisonment to accused Md Shoaib on Wednesday in a most sensitive double murder case of the state capital.
While pronouncing the verdict, the judge also slapped a fine of Rs 50 thousand against the accused in connection with the murder of Harendra Prasad and his wife Sapna Das Gupta.
Senior Advocate Rudrankdhari Sinha, who appeared on behalf of the family of the deceased said here that the court, after completing the hearing on April 3 this year had found the accused guilty of the murder.
