Presiding over a review meeting of the heads of 10 assembly constituencies ahead of the elections for the graduate and teacher's constituencies at the BJP district office here this evening, he said that keeping the goal of victory in the elections for graduate and teacher's constituencies in mind every worker should enter the field with full force.
Chavan gave a clear message in this meeting that responsibility should be fixed at each booth, reach every voter and implement the planning directly.
A detailed review was made of the design of polling stations, appointment of booth-wise workers, distribution of responsibilities and the necessary arrangements for voters to reach the polling centre on the polling day.
He also expressed the expectation that the actual results of the work should be seen by not just planning, but by regularly reviewing each responsibility.

The present Mandal President and Graduate-Teacher Constituency coordinators assured to increase direct contact with the voters by completing the organizational structure at the Mandal level. Emphasis was placed on reaching each voter at least two to three times and interacting with them, reviewing the voter lists and strengthening coordination at the booth level. Along with this, it was mentioned that coordination with migrant workers coming from outside districts is also important in this election.
Today's meeting included office-bearers from 10 assembly constituencies: Kolhapur North, Kolhapur South, Karveer, Radhanagari, Chandgad, Ichalkaranji, Hatkanangle, Shirol, and Shahuwadi.
