Maha: Engineer Ravindra Verma remanded to police custody till June 5 for espionage

Mumbai, Jun 2 (UNI) A court in neighbouring Thane city on Monday remanded engineer Ravindra Varma, arrested on charge of allegedly spying for Pakistan, to police custody till June five.

He was produced before a Thane court by the Maharashtra Anti-Terrorism Squad today.



ATS sources said Verma was arrested for allegedly spying and sharing details on warships and submarines with Pakistan.
