Mumbai, May 1 (UNI) Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday visited the Bharat Pavilion, Maharashtra Pavilion and Gaming Arcade set up at the venue of the Waves-2025 Conference that began at the World Jio Centre in Bandra-Kurla Complex (BKC) in suburban Bandra.
Maharashtra Governor C P Radhakrishnan, Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, Information & Broadcasting Minister Ashwini Vaishnav, Deputy Chief Ministers Eknath Shinde, Ajit Pawar, etc., were present on this occasion.
The Prime Minister also visited the state government's 'Magical Maharashtra' Pavilion at the Bharat Pavilion. While visiting various pavilions set up at this time, he learned about new technologies in entertainment and audio-visual media.
After visiting the gaming arcade, Modi discussed new technologies in the gaming sector and various opportunities in this sector with the representatives of the companies present.
In the India Pavilion, the states of Maharashtra, Haryana, Punjab, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, along with Netflix, Jio, YouTube, as well as various entertainment and news channels, and film production companies from this region have set up their pavilions.
