Mrs Mom’s 10th season to be held across 7 cities in Telangana & AP from October 4

Hyderabad, Sep 26 (UNI) The 10th season of ‘Mrs Mom’, an initiative by KIMS Cuddles to create awareness among pregnant women and expectant parents about pregnancy, childbirth and newborn care, will be conducted across seven cities in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh from October 4 to December 6.
The programme, organised under the aegis of gynaecologist Dr. K. Shilpi Reddy in association with Cryoviva, will be held in Hyderabad and six cities in Andhra Pradesh — Kurnool, Vijayawada, Nellore, Visakhapatnam, Rajahmundry and Anantapur.
The poster for the 10th season, themed ‘10 Years of Glowing Mothers.. Growing Families’, was released at KIMS Cuddles, Kondapur, here today.
Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Shilpi Reddy, founder of the programme, said the 10th season would be conducted over 10 days, including four days in Hyderabad.
The initiative aims to provide expectant parents with guidance on pregnancy care, childbirth preparation and newborn care, she said.
Obstetricians, gynaecologists, paediatricians, nutritionists and other medical experts will conduct sessions on pregnancy-related concerns, exercises, yoga, stress management, breastfeeding and newborn care.
Dr. Reddy said pregnancy should be viewed as a journey involving the physical, mental and emotional well-being of both parents and their families, rather than being limited to medical check-ups.
The programme seeks to equip expectant parents with the awareness and confidence needed to make informed decisions, she added.
As part of the 10th anniversary celebrations, a two-day free ‘Rejuvenate Retreat’ will be organised for registered pregnant couples on November 28 and 29 at Kanha Shanti Vanam, outskirts of Hyderabad.
The grand finale of Mrs Mom–2026 will be held on December 6 at the Telangana Cultural Contractors Club.
The programme will also feature practical workshops on pregnancy exercises, yoga, relaxation techniques, breastfeeding and newborn care.
A resource fair will provide information on products, services and support facilities for expectant parents.
The Mothers Club and parenting community will also offer platforms for couples to share experiences and support one another.
The hospital said 85 per cent of participants in the programme over the past nine years had normal deliveries.
The initiative focused on promoting pregnancy awareness, healthy lifestyles and informed decision-making among expectant parents.
