Telangana CS reviews industrial units at eCity, Mankhal and Maheshwaram

Hyderabad, July 27 (UNI) Telangana Chief Secretary Sanjay Jaju on Monday visited the Electronic Manufacturing Cluster (EMC) at eCity, Mankhal Industrial Park and Maheshwaram General Park to review the progress of industrial units and assess manufacturing activities in the state.
He was accompanied by the Vice Chairman and Managing Director, TGIIC, the Secretary and Executive Director of TGIIC, and other government officials.
At eCity, the Chief Secretary visited Premier Energies Photovoltaic Private Limited, which manufactures solar PV modules. The unit has been established on 25 acres with an investment of Rs 1,240 crore and provides employment to 1,200 people.
He also inspected Avantel Limited, spread over 4 acres, which manufactures high-tech defence electronics, satellite payload systems and ground station infrastructure. The company has invested Rs 59.22 crore and employs 400 people.
During the visit to Mankhal Industrial Park, the Chief Secretary inspected Chiripal Poly Films Limited, which has established a BOPP/BOPET film manufacturing facility with coating, metallising, slitting and recycling units. The company has invested Rs 284.02 crore and provides employment to 500 people.
At Maheshwaram General Park, he reviewed the operations of Wipro Enterprises Pvt. Ltd., which has established its manufacturing unit on 30 acres with an investment of Rs 174.34 crore and employs 331 people.
The Chief Secretary also visited Malabar Gems and Jewellery Manufacturing Pvt. Ltd., a state-of-the-art jewellery manufacturing unit spread over 3.7 acres. The company has invested Rs 374.05 crore and provides employment to 2,782 people.
The visit was aimed at reviewing industrial growth, investments and employment generation across key industrial clusters in Telangana.
