Month-long Seva Sankalp Abhiyan to be observed from Sept 17: Kaling Moyong

Itanagar, Sep 14 (UNI) Arunachal Pradesh Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) president Kaling Moyong has announced that the party will organise a month-long Seva Sankalp Abhiyan across the state from September 17-October 17 to mark Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s birthday and commemorate his 25 years of uninterrupted public service as a constitutional head.
Moyong said September 17 have traditionally been observed by BJP workers as Seva Pakhwada, reflecting the PM’s emphasis on public service, good governance and the welfare of the poor and underprivileged.
He said that, in view of the milestone, the party has decided to organise the month-long campaign under the theme “Jan Seva Hi Prabhu Seva” (Service to humanity is service to God).
