PM Modi prays for Maa Kalaratri’s blessings, wishes energy, confidence and prosperity for all

New Delhi, Oct 17 (UNI) Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday extended his greetings and prayers on the seventh day of Navratri, dedicated to the worship of Maa Kalaratri, one of the nine manifestations of Goddess Durga, wishing that her divine blessings would bring renewed energy, self-confidence and prosperity into everyone’s life.
In a post on social media platform X, Modi said, “Today, during Navratri, is the day dedicated to the special worship of Maa Kalaratri. May her blessings illuminate everyone’s life with new energy and renewed self-confidence. I pray that, through the divine grace of the Mother Goddess, everyone is blessed with prosperity.”
Maa Kalaratri, worshipped on the seventh day of Navratri, is regarded as one of the most formidable manifestations of Goddess Durga. Though traditionally depicted in a fierce form, she is revered as a benevolent protector who destroys evil, dispels fear and safeguards her devotees against negative forces. Her name symbolises the destruction of darkness and ignorance, and devotees invoke her blessings for courage, strength and protection.
