15 IAS officers transferred in UP; responsibilities changed in several depts

Lucknow, Oct 3 (UNI) The Uttar Pradesh government has made a major administrative reshuffle, transferring 23 officers, including 15 IAS and 8 PCS officers.
The transfers include changes in the responsibilities of officials involved in development, medical education, Panchayati Raj, revenue, mining, and university administration.
According to the transfer list, Rakesh Kumar Singh has been appointed Additional Commissioner, Housing Development Council, from ADM (Finance and Revenue), Lucknow.
Neeraj Shukla has been appointed Managing Director, PCF, from Additional Commissioner, Housing Development Council.
Dr Chandra Bhushan, Managing Director, PCF, has been transferred to Additional Director, Lohia Academy.
Sachin Kumar Singh has been appointed Special Secretary, Medical Education, from Additional Director, Mandi Parishad, Jaunpur.
Dhruv Khadia has been appointed CDO, Mau, and Vivek Kumar Srivastava has been appointed Member (Judicial), Revenue Board, Prayagraj, from CDO, Mau. Narendra Bahadur Singh has been appointed CDO, Jaunpur, from ADM, Lakhimpur Kheri.
Hari Pratap Shahi, Additional Chief Executive Officer, UPEDA, has been appointed Director, Panchayati Raj.
Director, Panchayati Raj, Amit Kumar Singh has been appointed Managing Director, PCDF. Prakash Bindu, Managing Director, PCDF, has been appointed Secretary, Medical Education.
Changes have also been made in the Mining Department. Mala Srivastava has been removed from the additional charge of Secretary/Director, Geology and Mining, and has been retained solely as Director, Geology and Mining.
Dr. Ujjwal Kumar has been appointed Special Secretary and Director, Geology and Mining, from MD, UPMSCL. J. Reebha has been appointed Managing Director, UPMSCL, from Special Secretary, Geology and Mining.
Reshuffles have also taken place in the university administration.
Archana Gaharwar, Registrar, KGMU has been made Registrar, AKTU, while Reena Singh, Registrar, AKTU has been given the responsibility of Registrar, KGMU. UNI MBD SAS
