Asian Games: FAI announces cash prizes for medal winners

New Delhi, Sep 21 (UNI) The Fencing Association of India (FAI) has announced cash prizes for Indian fencers who win medals at the 20th Asian Games 2026, being held in Aichi-Nagoya, Japan.
As per the official communique, the announcement was made by Rajeev Mehta, Secretary General, Fencing Association of India, as a gesture of appreciation and encouragement for Indian fencers representing the country at the Asian Games.
The cash prize structure announced by FAI is Gold Medal ₹10 Lakh, Silver Medal ₹7.5 Lakh and Bronze Medal ₹5 Lakh.
