Five Arrested Over Alleged Assault in Gurugram Land Possession Dispute

Gurugram, Oct 3 (UNI) Gurugram Police have arrested five men for allegedly assaulting two brothers following a dispute over possession of agricultural land in Patli village, a police spokesman said on Saturday.
The accused have been identified as Dalbir alias Baaz of Gagatan village, Rohit of Baprauda, Harender of Dighal, Ashu of Asauda and Paramjit of Kasanda. All five are residents of Jhajjar district, police said.
According to the spokesman, the complainant told Farrukhnagar police that he and his brother were working in their fields with family members on October 2 when a group of men arrived in vehicles and allegedly began erecting poles on the land.
