Punjab: AAP MLA Raman Arora gets 14-day judicial custody

Jalandhar, Jun 2 (UNI) A local court on Monday sent Raman Arora, an Aam Aadmi Party MLA arrested for alleged corruption, to judicial custody for 14 days in Punjab.
Arora, the legislator from Jalandhar Central constituency, was produced by the vigilance authorities in the court during the day after his police remand ended.
He was arrested on May 24 under corruption charges and produced in the court.
The court then sent him in police custody initially for five days and then extended it by another four days.
