Kerala Assembly second session scheduled from Oct 12 to 29

Thiruvananthapuram, Sep 28 (UNI) The second session of the 16th Kerala Legislative Assembly will be held from October 12 to 29, with the Assembly set to take up supplementary demands for grants in the Revised Budget for 2026-27 and demands for excess grants for five financial years.
According to the calendar of sittings issued by the Kerala Legislature Secretariat, the session will have sittings on October 12, 13, 14, 15 and 16, followed by a break from October 19 to 23.
The supplementary demands for grants in the Revised Budget for 2026-27 and the statement of demands for excess grants for 2016-17, 2017-18, 2018-19, 2020-21 and 2021-22 will be laid on the table during the initial phase of the session.
