Kerala rolls out AI-driven Tharapadham platform for public schools

Thiruvananthapuram, Sept 18 (UNI): Kerala is rolling out the AI-driven ‘Tharapadham’ digital platform across public schools as part of the State Government’s 100-Day Action Plan to further improve the quality of public education.
Implemented by the Kerala Infrastructure and Technology for Education (KITE), the project seeks to modernise and integrate the digital systems used by the General Education Department through artificial intelligence, replacing the need for separate logins to platforms such as Sampoorna, Sampoorna Plus, Sahitham, Samagra and Samanwaya with a single sign-on (SSO) integrated dashboard.
As part of Tharapadham, KITE has introduced ‘Samagra Canvas’, an online digital interactive whiteboard for teachers handling Classes 1 to 12. The platform is available at the Tharapadham portal.
