Tirupati: Padmavathi Ammavari Pavitrotsavams conclude with Maha Poornahuthi at Tiruchanoor

Tirupati, Sep 26 (UNI) The three-day Sri Padmavathi Ammavari Pavitrotsavams concluded at Tiruchanoor on Saturday with the performance of Maha Poornahuthi.
The final-day rituals included Maha Poornahuthi, Shanti Homam, Kumbha Prokshanam and Nivedana, performed in accordance with Agama traditions.
Later, Snapana Tirumanjanam was performed to Padmavathi Ammavaru, Krishna Swamy, Sundararaja Swamy and Sudarshana Chakrattalwar.
Subsequently, Sudarshana Chakrattalwar was taken in a procession to Padma Pushkarini, where the sacred Chakrasnanam was performed.
An evening procession of the deities along the Mada Streets was scheduled, during which they would bless devotees.
TTD EO Muddada Ravichandra, JEO Dr A. Sharath, CVSO K.V. Muralikrishna, District SP L. Subbarayudu, Deputy EO Harindranath, temple priests and other officials participated in the rituals.
