TN Guv presents auto to woman entrepreneur

Chennai, June 27 (UNI) Tamil Nadu Governor R.N.Ravi today handed over the keys of a new autorickshaw presented to Ms Amala, a hardworking autorickshaw driver and a trailblazing woman entrepreneur, as a mark of support and encouragement for her inspiring journey and dreams.

Earlier this year, she was felicitated during Raj Bhavan’s Women’s Day celebration for her resilience, strength and unwavering spirit and for her daily work driving a rented auto in a male-dominated field to support her family and secure a better future for her daughters.

She deeply moved the Governor with her quiet determination.

Ms Amala stands as a torchbearer of the women-led development model of New Bharat, embodying grit, dignity, and transformative potential, Raj Bhavan said.
