The inaugural session held at NiMSME, Hyderabad, was attended by newly inducted EDC resource personnel, officials, and stakeholders involved in the rollout of the RAMP program across Telangana.

Nikhil Chakravarthy, Director of Industries, Government of Telangana, inaugurated the event, underscoring the importance of grassroots enterprise facilitation and the role of EDCs in ensuring
that MSMEs benefit effectively from government schemes.
K Madhukar Babu, Joint Director, Department of Industries, in his keynote address, reaffirmed the state’s commitment to MSME development, stressing the need for capacity building and continuous handholding support for entrepreneurs.
In a thematic address, Mohammad Zaidi, Associate Director, Grant Thornton Bharat LLP (SPIU – Telangana), explained the strategic vision of the RAMP program, including its delivery mechanisms and monitoring framework aimed at scalable impact.
The orientation aims to train EDC resources to become vital facilitators, guiding MSMEs in availing themselves of various Central and State government incentives, schemes, and services. NiMSME has invited interested stakeholders and entrepreneurs to approach the institute from next week to learn more about services under the RAMP framework.
