Congress "anti-Dalit, insulted" Ambedkar and Jagjivan Ram: Bandi Sanjay

Hyderabad, Apr 5 (UNI) Union Minister of State for Home Affairs Bandi Sanjay Kumar launched a scathing attack on the Congress party on Saturday, calling it "anti-Dalit" and accusing it of repeatedly "insulting" Dalit leaders, including Dr B R Ambedkar and Babu Jagjivan Ram.
Speaking after paying tributes to Jagjivan Ram on his birth anniversary at the BJP office in Nampally, Bandi Sanjay said, “Congress humiliated Ambedkar, made him resign from the Cabinet, and later conspired to defeat him. Even Jagjivan Ram, despite his potential to lead the country post-Emergency, was sidelined by Indira Gandhi.”
He praised the Modi government for its efforts in free ration distribution, stating that rice is being provided at a cost of Rs 37 per kg, including MSP, transport, and milling charges. He questioned why Congress was opposing the display of the Prime Minister’s photo at ration shops and demanded that it be displayed immediately.
