Chennai, Sep 25 (UNI) Breaking his silence three weeks after the arrest of Granite baron and tainted bizman R.Veeramani of Gem Granites in a POCSO case for sexually assaulting minor girls over the years, Tamil Nadu Chief Minister and ruling TVK Founder Vijay on Friday flayed DMK President M.K.Stalin and the previous DMK regime headed by him for failing to act on the complaint and allegedly trying to shield the culprit.
