Telangana Guv inaugurates Annual Free Notebook Distribution Drive by Bharat Sevashram Sangha

Hyderabad, June 17 (UNI) Telangana Governor Jishnu Dev Varma inaugurated the annual Free Notebook Distribution initiative of Bharat Sevashram Sangha and lauded the efforts of the organisation in supporting education through selfless service.
On the occasion, Dev Varma along with M.Dana Kishore, Principal Secretary to Governor, Swami Munishwaranandaji Maharaj, Secretary of the Hyderabad Ashram, and Swami Venkateswaranandaji Maharaj, distributed 4,000 long notebooks and 1,600 short notebooks to the students of Raj Bhavan High School here on Tuesday.
Speaking on the occasion, the Governor commended the dedicated efforts of the teachers in imparting quality education and shaping the future of the students.
He appreciated the remarkable academic performance of the school, particularly the impressive pass percentage in the 10th class board examinations, and congratulated the school for achieving the top rank in the district.
He expressed confidence that with continued commitment, the school would achieve 100% pass results in the coming year.
Responding to the appeal made by the Headmaster of the school, the Governor assured his support for the institution’s development.
He announced that furniture for the newly constructed classrooms, a mini indoor stadium-cum-auditorium, and a shaded stage will be provided from his discretionary funds.
As part of its ongoing outreach, the Sangha will continue to distribute educational materials to students across various districts of Telangana, reinforcing its commitment to educational empowerment and community welfare.
