Thunderstorms, lightning, and gusty winds likely in Andhra Pradesh: Met

Amaravati, May 29 (UNI) Thunderstorms accompanied by lightning and gusty winds with speeds ranging from 40–50 kmph are likely to occur at isolated places in North Coastal Andhra Pradesh and Yanam over the next three days, the Meteorological Centre said on Thursday.
In its daily weather report, the Centre also stated that similar weather conditions are expected to prevail in South Coastal Andhra Pradesh and Rayalaseema during the next 48 hours.
Gusty winds with speeds ranging from 30–50 kmph are likely to affect South Coastal Andhra Pradesh and Rayalaseema on May 31 and June 1, and North Coastal Andhra Pradesh and Yanam on June 1.
