Thunderstorms, lightning, gusty winds likely in AP & Yanam over next 2 days: Met

Amaravati, June 1 (UNI) Thunderstorms accompanied by lightning are likely to occur at isolated places in North Coastal Andhra Pradesh and Yanam over the next 48 hours, and in South Coastal Andhra Pradesh and Rayalaseema over the next 24 hours, according to the Meteorological Centre.
In its daily weather report issued on Sunday, the Met Centre also stated that gusty winds with speeds ranging from 30 to 50 kmph are likely at isolated places in Coastal Andhra Pradesh, Yanam, and Rayalaseema during the next four days.
Light to moderate rain or thundershowers are likely to occur at one or two places in Coastal Andhra Pradesh, Yanam, and Rayalaseema during the next seven days.
