MHADA Sambhajinagar Board Conducts Lottery For 99 Flats, 105 Plots

Mumbai, Nov 3 (UNI) Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA) Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar Board conducted computerised lottery for sale of 99 housing units and 105 plots.
Chief Officer Vaibhav Kedare conducted the lottery. Total 2,642 applications were received.
Of these, 1,986 applications were received under 20 percent Inclusive Housing Scheme for 97 units for Economically Weaker Section (EWS) and Low Income Group (LIG) at Satara, Itkheda, Shahnoorwadi and Nakshatrawadi in city limits.
One unit each was offered at N-7 CIDCO for High Income Group (HIG) and at Mukundwadi for EWS under MHADA Housing Scheme.
As many as 601 applications were received for 73 Middle Income Group (MIG) plots at Murtijapur in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar district, and 55 applications for 32 EWS plots at Nilanga in Latur district.
Retired District Judge and High-Level Monitoring Committee member Suryakant Shete, District Information Officer Vidyadhar Shelke, former Chief Officer Annasaheb Shinde, Executive Engineer Bahegaonkar and others were present.
