Mumbai college girl injured in accidental firing at a resort

Mumbai, May 30 (UNI) A 17-year-old Mumbai college girl sustained a bullet injury at a resort in Maharashtra's Palghar district with a possibility of an accidental firing, police said on Friday.
The incident took place on Friday afternoon at a resort at Kelve in Palghar where the girl had come for a picnic with his male friend, police said.
The girl identified as Tejal Shivram Bhide is a college girl. She was injured after a bullet hit her spine during the handling of the weapon, official said, adding that she was rushed to a nearby hospital. She is under treatment, said police sources.
