Maha Govt to provide business loans to women at zero pc interest

Mumbai, Jun 20 (UNI) Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis on Friday took a historic decision to provide business loans to women at zero percent interest rate.
These loans will be extended to the beneficiaries through Mumbai District Central Cooperative Bank.
This decision was taken in a meeting held at his residence. The interest refund schemes of Annasaheb Patil Economic Development Corporation, Vasantrao Naik Vimukta Jati and Nomadic Tribes Corporation, Other Backward Classes Development Corporation and Directorate of Tourism will be linked with Mumbai Bank.
This decision has opened new avenues for business for lakhs of women in Mumbai and their contribution to the economy will increase. MLAs Chitra Wagh, Vidyadhar Anaskar, Narendra Patil and officers of various departments were present at the meeting.

Mumbai police constable body found on skywalk near railway station
