Receiving Tukaram award is my greatest happiness: Eknath Shinde

Mumbai, Mar 24 (UNI) Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde on Monday said receiving the 'Jagadguru Sant Shri Tukara Maharaj' award is the moment of greatest happiness and satisfaction of his political and social life.
Shinde said: "Because of this award, my responsibility has increased and my religion is to remove the suffering of common people".
He was replying in the state assembly after Higher and Technical Education Minister Chandrakant Dada Patil congratulated him for receiving the prestigious award from the Warkari sect.
