Patna, June 14 (UNI) Expressing displeasure over the slow progress of the construction work of Zeromile-Masaurhi (SH-1) road, Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar instructed to accelerate the pace of the construction, given the importance of the road.
Kumar inspected the construction work of Zeromile-Masaurhi (SH-1) road and Mithapur-Mahuli Road here on Saturday and found the ongoing construction work of SH-1 too slow.
Taking serious cognizance of it, the Chief Minister instructed the authorities concerned to take action and ensure early completion of the project. He also directed the acceleration of the pace of the construction work.
While inspecting Mithapur-Mahuli Road at Mithapur flyover roundabout in the state capital and Parsa Bazar, Kumar said that commuting would become more comfortable after the completion of this project. In addition to this, it will also relieve the people of the new bypass and adjoining areas from the road jams.
The Chief Minister inspected the Patliputra bus terminal and directed that facilities be ensured for the passengers.
