No SP manoeuvre will be able to reverse BJP's fortunes: UP Dy CM

Lucknow, Sep 18 (UNI) Uttar Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya, targeting the Samajwadi Party (SP), said that despite aligning with several parties and leaders for the 2022 assembly elections, the SP failed to dislodge the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).
He said that all of the SP's social and political calculations proved unsuccessful.
Maurya said here in a statement on Friday that in the 2022 elections, the SP used "tricks" to ally with the Rashtriya Lok Dal and the Suheldev Bharatiya Samaj Party (SBSP) and also brought on board several influential leaders. Despite this, the BJP was successful in returning to power.
He said that the SP has neither a clear vision nor credible leadership. The public lacks trust in the SP.
Consequently, its attempt to gain power through caste equations and slogans will not succeed this time either.
The Deputy Chief Minister claimed that no political strategy by SP President Akhilesh Yadav would change the BJP's electoral position even for the third time.
He said that the BJP is sure to form the government in Uttar Pradesh for the third consecutive time and the lotus will bloom once again in the state. UNI MBD SAS
