Pune makes room for Round-the-Clock Gyms

Pune, Oct 27 (UNI) In today’s fast-paced world, many working professionals in Pune find it challenging to set aside time for exercise due to shifting work hours, unpredictable daily schedules, increasing professional and family responsibilities, and long commutes.
As the concept of round-the-clock gyms gains popularity internationally and across India, Tungsten Fitness Club has recently launched a 24-Hour open Gym in Wanowrie, keeping this trend in mind.
Pune is home to a large number of IT employees, entrepreneurs and corporate professionals. Factors such as night shifts, heavy workloads and time spent commuting often make it difficult for many to visit a gym during standard operating hours.
"Our primary objective in launching a 24-Hour open Gym is to allow individuals to exercise at a time that suits their own convenience," said Vishal Narendra Mangal, founder of Tungsten Fitness Club, in a press release.
Mangal said the flexibility to choose workout timings makes it easier to maintain consistency. Professional commitments or sudden changes in work schedules often make it difficult to adhere to a gym’s fixed hours.
"A 24-Hour open Gym, however, enables individuals to exercise at their convenience and adopt a healthier lifestyle," he added. UNI SP CDS
