Bhilwara, June 20 (UNI) Two men were arrested for operating online betting rackets worth lakhs of rupees in Bhilwara district of Rajasthan, police said on Friday.
According to police sources, Vinod Jat was caught on Thursday night laying bets on a Tamil Nadu cricket match on Eeras 100 Feet Road.
After the investigation, three more names surfaced, and an FIR was registered against Manish, Fazal and Deepak.
In a separate operation, police arrested Gopi Sindhi on Eeras Road for allegedly operating an online betting ring. Sindhi claimed he was working for a businessman based in Azad Nagar.
