New Delhi, Oct 29 (UNI) The Delhi Police have arrested two men from Uttar Pradesh''s Mathura for allegedly running an illegal SIM procurement and e-SIM supply network that may have facilitated cyber frauds worth around Rs 2.64 crore, with investigators suspecting that more than 3,000 SIMs were activated over the past year.
