Nagpur, Oct 16 (UNI) Senior Congress leader Vijay Wadettiwar on Friday accused the Maharashtra government of adopting double standards on drought relief, alleging that while it had announced assistance of Rs 5,000 to farmers, two instalments under the Namo Kisan scheme remained unpaid.
