Hyderabad, Oct 26 (UNI) AICC General Secretary and Congress observer for Telangana Avinash Pande on Monday demanded the removal of Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) Gyanesh Kumar and an inquiry into his actions, accusing the Election Commission of failing to address concerns over alleged voter deletions.
