Bengaluru, Oct 5 (UNI) Karnataka Home Minister Priyank Kharge on Monday escalated the political battle over the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls, questioning the Election Commission''s role in the alleged misuse of Form 7 and asking how hundreds of pre-printed applications carrying voters'' details reached individuals.
