Jaipur, Sep 17 (UNI) The opposition Congress today won 6 of 9 seats in the 4 civic bodies, including three municipal corporations in Rajasthan, where the results of the last week''s municipal elections were withheld to facilitate repolling in 10 wards yesterday.
