Dharamshala, Apr 20 (UNI) Himachal Pradesh police arrested three persons under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act, and seized 1.338 kgs of charas at two different places in Kangra district, an official said here on Sunday.
