Kamlesh KaliPanchkula, Nov 2 (UNI) Haryana has published a draft reciprocal transport agreement with Bihar covering interstate bus services, passenger fares, safety requirements and goods transport. Its route schedule includes Gurugram, Panipat, and Ambala in Haryana, and Patna, Purnea, Gaya, and Madhubani in Bihar.
